EPISODE was the first major fitness convention in the Total Freestyle adventure in 2015.
Since then, it has become one of the most eagerly-awaited events of the year, bringing together enthusiasts of all levels over a 2-day weekend with a programme featuring :
an ELITE level on Saturday morning
a STARTER level on Saturday afternoon and a CLASSIC level on Sunday.
