The ” Summer Convention ” invites you every year for the last week of August.

Every day, you can choose from a multitude of activities :
For beginners in Step and Lia, you will find freestyle “STARTER” lessons in the large hall of the castle… ”And yes! there is a Castle !”
For the more experienced, “CLASSIC” freestyle lessons will be given outdoors by the best French and international Presenters.
Freestyle YES … but not THAT !
The Presenters and Trainers of the LES MILLS Euromed team will be there to make you live your passion 100% with their best programs of Body Pump, Body Combat, Body Attack, Body Jam, Grit Series… And all that, in the great outdoors and in the sun!
Not to mention, the rapidly expanding French program HBX Fusion, Boxing and Move, for functional training.
You can also let your body move and express itself on Hip Hop, Street Jazz dance lessons accessible for all levels.
And finally, for the Wellness Addicts, you will find a 100% well-being schedule in the heart of a green park at the foot of the Castle with Yoga and Accro Yoga, Port de Bras, Pilates and Stretching classes.
Every afternoon, you will have the choice between sunbathing and enjoying the swimming pool or participating in Fun activities such as human table football, Beach Volley, Water polo, tree climbing, pétanque …
Once the last lesson of the day is finished, the program continues with themed Party :
