General conditions for sale of trainings
The training offered on this site consists of professional training, which is delivered in the form of services provided in various geographic localities of French territory or outside, previously defined. The services can take place in partner rooms or in premises defined by the organizer himself, if he is independent. In the latter case, unless otherwise defined in the context of the service contract, the organizer is responsible for making all the resources available. In case of use of software intended for training, it is up to him to ensure that he holds the property of the licenses.
Any registration for a training module supposes that the trainee accepts the content of the training course present in the current catalog, the proposed price and the conditions of execution of the training course.
Prices and payment terms
All prices are established all taxes included. The invoice is sent to the participant at the end of the event in which he will have participated, and on his request. This can be sent directly to an organization that manages its training funds. In the event of non-payment by the management body of its training funds, whatever the cause, the invoice becomes payable to the participant. Any internship started is considered to be due in full.
The price of the training does not in any case cover the costs of travel, accommodation, catering, or printing of the training materials.
Payment is made online, by bank transfer or check made payable to TOTAL FREESTYLE.
To access the chosen course, the trainee must have sent his additional rules, at least 3 days before the start of the event.
The participant can pay in 4 installments at no cost (one check per consecutive month, the first being cashed in the week following the training)
In case of support, a deposit check must be attached to the registration file. Without this check registration is not taken into account.
Any delay in payment compared to this deadline will automatically entail financial costs of 10% per month pro rata temporis and 40 € fixed costs, the immediate payment of invoices due.
To register for a Training, it is necessary to first create an online customer account. A training agreement is sent by email during pre-registration, which you must return signed to us by post to the address indicated on the email received at the end of the online procedure.
We cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of the invitation whatever the recipient (s) may be, especially in the event of the trainee (s) being absent. If in doubt, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that their trainees are registered and that they attend the training.
In the event of non-receipt, it is strongly advised to consult your spam box, or consult your online TRAINING account.
For any validated registration, the participant receives a notice by email within the maximum 3 days preceding the event

A sign-up sheet is filled in every half day. The customer remains responsible for the attendance of his employees.
Cancellation, absence, postponement of registration
In accordance with article L.920-9 of the labor code.
This clause applies to reservations and registrations.
Events not tracked are nevertheless cashed. The trainee then benefits from a credit valid for 12 months from the date of the end of the event.
This credit will be deductible from the next training of the same theme.
The only reimbursements are made on presentation of 2 medical documents, from 2 different doctors, both attesting to the inability to participate in the chosen event, and sent by registered letter to the same address as that intended for the registration file.
We reserve the right to any cancellation if the number of people registered for the training is not sufficient. The registration file will then be returned to the customer on request or destroyed within 7 days of the cancellation announcement.
Cancellation by the participant: The full amount of the training is due in full.
By accepting the general conditions of sale during the registration procedure, it is specified that the customer also acknowledges expressly renouncing his right of withdrawal. This mention is also recalled in the registration process and in the pre-registration emails systematically sent to the client at the end of the pre-registration procedure.
Validation of training registrations:
Online registrations: Registrations are validated upon acceptance of payment upon receipt of the complete registration dossier. Payments by bank transfer, bank card, check or money order accompany the registration form in the file sent by mail.
Any file sent is an irrevocable acceptance which cannot be called into question by the express waiver of its right of withdrawal, except in the event of stock shortage if the file has not been sent before there is more of available space.
Information when registering for events:
You must check the completeness and conformity of the information you provide to us when ordering, in particular concerning the address of the event.
We could not be held responsible for possible errors of seizure in the sections of your account online, and of the consequences which ensue from it.
Our event and price offers are valid within the limit of available places. If no place is available, the person registered must postpone their training date.
The place is confirmed by the reception of the complete registration file, and until reception of the last missing documents.
DEFAULT OF PAYMENT:
Any late payment of one or more training courses incurs late payment interest of 2% per month + 40 € legal penalty (In accordance with articles 441-6 c. Com. And D. 441-5 c. Com).
We reserve the right to refuse an order from a participant with whom a payment dispute is being administered. We reserve the right to refuse an order if the information provided does not seem to us to be reliable. The order and its payment will then be canceled without us having to justify ourselves.
The courses we offer are described and presented with the greatest accuracy. If despite all our precautions, errors may have occurred, we could in no case be committed to this fact.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The consumer has a period of 7 working days from the date of receipt of his registration file to request reimbursement without penalty, with the exception of possible shipping costs.
You will then be reimbursed within a maximum of 15 working days after receipt of the products by us.
If the ordered event has been consumed in whole or in part, the right of withdrawal cannot apply.
The parties agree to try to resolve amicably any dispute that may arise between them, during this contract. A mediator will then be chosen by the parties and will formulate a conciliation proposal, within one month of his referral. The costs of mediation will be borne by half, by each of the parties.
If the parties cannot agree to reconcile the dispute between them, the court of NANTERRE will have sole jurisdiction.
